Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer with 13+ years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in Tableau BI development, data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams to deliver impactful reporting and analytical solutions that drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.
  • Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud.
  • Create data models, calculated fields, parameters, sets, LOD expressions, and advanced visualizations.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Integrate Tableau with various data sources including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, AWS, Azure, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to design efficient ETL and data pipelines.
  • Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance standards in Tableau.
  • Monitor Tableau Server performance, user access, and content management.
  • Conduct data validation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Mentor junior Tableau developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Participate in BI strategy discussions and recommend best practices.
