Job description

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Reporting Consultant to join our analytics practice. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic business decisions - translating complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that drive action. You will partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and executive teams to deliver insights that matter.
This is not just a reporting role. We are looking for a storyteller who understands the full data lifecycle - from how data is captured through Adobe Analytics implementations to how it is visualized and communicated to non-technical audiences.
Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future
Role: Adobe Analytics Consultant
Location: Remote. Candidate must be in the U.S
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
• Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off
• 401(k) plan and contributions
• Long-term/Short-term Disability
• Paid Parental Leave
• Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law.
Responsibilities
    • Design and deliver Adobe Analytics reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that answer critical business questions
    • Translate data findings into clear narratives with strategic recommendations, tailored to both technical and executive audiences
    • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting cadences aligned to business goals
    • Audit and validate Adobe Analytics implementations to ensure data accuracy, proper tagging, and alignment with reporting needs
    • Collaborate with implementation and development teams to advise on tracking requirements and data layer standards
    • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets and proactively surface actionable insights
    • Build and maintain Analysis Workspace projects, calculated metrics, segments, and report suites
    • Champion data literacy across the organization through documentation, training, and best practices

Qualifications
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics for reporting, analysis, and insights delivery

    • Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories with data - going beyond charts to explain the "so what" and "what now"
    • Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics implementation mechanics, including AppMeasurement, Web SDK, data layer structure, eVars, props, events, and processing rules

    • Proficiency in Analysis Workspace, Report Builder, and Adobe Analytics segmentation

    • Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Adobe Target, AEP, Launch/Tags is a plus)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

    • Ability to independently manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for data quality and consistency
    • Preferred Qualifications
      • Adobe Analytics certification (Adobe Certified Expert or equivalent)
      • Experience with complementary analytics tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Google Analytics, or similar
      • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
      • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or tag management systems (Adobe Launch / Experience Platform Tags)
      • Experience in e-commerce, media, financial services, or enterprise digital environments
      • Exposure to SQL or data warehouse querying for cross-platform analysis
      • What We're really looking for -
      • Technical skill is table stakes. What sets a great candidate apart is the ability to walk into a room, present a dataset, and make people see the world differently. We want someone who is naturally curious, asks the questions behind the question, and knows that a great insight without a great story is just a number.
      • If you have ever redesigned a dashboard because the old one confused people, pushed back on a metric because it was misleading, or reframed a business problem using data - you might be exactly who we need.
