Length: 12+ month contract
Location: Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Adobe AEP Architect :
An Architect, AEP is a thought leader who will provide solutions in client contexts and guide the teams in executing digital transformation in areas of architecture and technology implementation. They can demonstrate:
  • Proven technical leadership in architectural design, data solutions, implementing, and governing a highly scalable, distributed applications.
  • Highly effective collaborator with ability to define, activate and work with technical and business leaders to realize technical and business outcomes
  • Player / Coach with ability to wear multiple hats and do what is required to get the job done
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, external customer, and internal teams
  • Passionate client focus and ability evangelize, influence, and persuade others to drive field, partner, and client adoption

Responsibilities
  • Lead technology & strategy solution engagements across multi-functional workstreams; customer data platform (CDP) or data management platform (DMP), data onboarding and activation, big data strategy, analytics on Adobe Experience Platform required
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's digital experience strategy, online business model, and customer goals.
  • Works with CJA Architect and/or implements data integrations in support of Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics migration for customer use cases and journeys
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to develop solutions to meet client's unique requirements, which include combinations of data, technology, partners, integrations, and analytics.
  • Conduct business analysis - lead process to derive insight and business strategy from analytics output.
  • Establish trust and build relationships with clients, as well as internal and external partners.
  • Monitor engagement progress and maintain an account status dashboard summarizing all work streams.

Client Engagement:
  • Provide expert consulting services and thought leadership to clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client's process/operations issues, through needs analysis, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Strong storytelling capability - slideware development, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Lead client business reviews.

Technical Leadership:
  • Collaborate and guide cross functional teams through migration / integration projects with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and tight timelines.
  • Manage, develop, and train / mentor team of digital solutions specialists.

Technical Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree a plus, with Adobe Experience Platform Certification
  • 5+ years as an Adobe CDP Architect and 2+ years as AEP Architect
  • Demonstrated strong background as a "hands-on" Techno/Functional Architect.
  • Experience with advanced capabilities of Adobe Experience Platform; one or more customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Tealium, Salesforce, Segment, Treasure Data, etc. is a strong plus
  • Experience designing and managing databases / data models / ETL tools / SQL query
  • Solid understanding of data security/privacy best practices
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics implementation is highly desired
  • Experience with Customer Journey Orchestration tools is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced use of DMPs, Adobe Audience Manager a plus.
  • Experience with statistical analytics languages and platforms is a plus I.e., Python, Hadoop etc.

Functional Requirements:
  • Ability to take initiative as well as lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results
  • Must be very comfortable in a client-facing role, speaking publicly to groups, and interacting with executives
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, remote teams in different time zones, deadline driven environment, and demonstrated ability to organize and establish a team in such an environment.
  • Demonstrated success autonomously managing complex multiple work stream projects that require input from many stakeholders.
