    • Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team. This is a growth position!

    • Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to hospital
    • Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September '23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September '23)
    • Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PAs - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
    • Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth
    • Nurse-on-line triage 24/7
    • EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
    • Admit to local hospital, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to nearby 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
    • Urgent Care - staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers
