Ultrasound Technologist

Location: Washington, Iowa
Pay Rate: $63.00 to $66.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Experience: Minimum 2 years required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound General/Vascular Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Washington, Iowa. This role performs high-quality general, abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular ultrasound studies while supporting patient care and imaging workflow in a diagnostic imaging setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general, abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular ultrasound exams.

  • Prepare patients and assist the radiologist as needed.

  • Complete imaging orders and documentation using EPIC.

  • Maintain image quality, equipment checks, QC data, and patient safety standards.

  • Transmit/release images through PACS and support efficient imaging workflow.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program required.

  • BLS/BCLS certification required.

  • Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience required.

  • ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB, and RVT credentials preferred.

  • General, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular ultrasound experience required.

  • EPIC and PACS experience preferred.

  • Day shift flexibility required.
