Job Description
AdventHealth is seeking experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologists to support our OBGYN Hospitalist program in Orlando. Candidates will join our team of physicians and midwives supporting our Central Florida Division; Orlando, Celebration, Altamonte, Winter Park, Melbourne, Deltona, and Daytona. Responsibilities of the OBGYN Hospitalist include primary responsibilities as a GYN surgeon, facilitating GYN consults, managing GYN clinic (supervised by team PA), act as surgical assist to staff Ob/Gyn physicians upon request; backup support managing and covering the OB Emergency Department; and provide appropriate oversight and clinical teaching of medical students, family medicine residents and other learners. A motivation to increase patient safety and elevate patient satisfaction, along with dynamic communication skills and the ability to fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth, are required.
