To address these issues, successful case managers leverage secure telehealth platforms, establish regular check-ins with patients and colleagues, and utilize electronic health records to track patient progress. Strong organizational skills and proactive communication are key to overcoming the unique obstacles of remote work in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an OB Case Manager (Remote), and why are they important?

Familiarity with case management software, electronic health records (EHRs), and sometimes certification like CCM (Certified Case Manager) is important.
