REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - OASIS AND ICD-10 REVIEWER / ESPISODE ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR - HOME HEALTH SERVICES

Must live in Georgia, Jacksonville / Tallahassee Florida, North Carolina or South Carolina

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
  • ICD-10 Certification
  • Must obtain Oasis C-2 Certification within 9 months from hire
