Inspired Home Health is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized in-home health care, ensuring the health, comfort, and independence of our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Role Summary
As a Senior-Level Clinical Supervisor (onsite) based in Tempe, you ensure consistent, compliant home health care delivery across Arizona through strong clinical oversight and disciplined documentation practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage OASIS review/correction workflows and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Optimize and apply HHRG scoring/utilization to support appropriate care planning
- Use Home Care Home Base (HCHB) to monitor quality, resolve issues, and support reporting
- Mentor and educate clinicians; communicate expectations clearly
- Travel as needed throughout Maricopa County to support teams and patient care needs
Required qualifications/skills:
- Home health care experience with advanced HCHB proficiency
- Working knowledge of HHRG optimization/utilization and OASIS correction processes
- Strong compliance focus, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and staff coaching capability
- Willingness to travel regionally

How Your Day Flows
Your day typically starts at our Tempe office reviewing overnight updates and priorities in HCHB, then aligning the team on schedule adjustments and patient needs. Midday is often focused time for chart review-verifying OASIS items are complete, clarifying documentation questions, and ensuring records are audit-ready. You'll connect with clinicians and coordinators throughout the day to remove barriers, provide guidance, and keep care plans moving forward. Some days include regional travel to support field teams, standardize processes, and address time-sensitive issues. You'll finish by confirming key items are closed out in the system and setting up the next day's follow-ups.
