Job description

A hospital in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a senior-level Director of Quality/Risk to lead quality improvement and risk management functions. This is an on-site role requiring regular in-person presence at the facility location.

The role. The Director of Quality/Risk is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight across nursing, risk, and quality improvement initiatives within the organization. This senior leader will drive compliance, patient safety, and performance improvement efforts in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
