Job description

Parkview Healthcare is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in resident assessment, care planning, and day-to-day clinical decision-making. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Parkview Healthcare, you will collaborate closely with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Schedule and Employment Type

  • Full-Time Days (6AM - 6PM)

  • Full-Time Nights (6PM - 6AM)

  • PRN | Required to work at least 1 shift per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

  • Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately

  • Communicate effectively with providers, residents, and families
