Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals, during weekend shifts to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and compliance
Participate in collaborative efforts to identify and address patient care concerns, improving outcomes and patient satisfaction
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, tailoring interventions to meet unique patient needs
