We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avir at Parkview, a premier long-term care facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, helping them to recover and thrive in a warm and supportive environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our weekend shift, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, while also supporting the overall mission of Avir at Parkview. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing and evaluating the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet these needs

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Monitoring and reporting resident progress to doctors, families, and other healthcare professionals

  • Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
