What You'll Do
  • Establish and foster relationships with prospective and existing tenants as well as national brokerage firms through direct interactions
  • Effectively market a portfolio of premier commercial real estate assets to retain existing tenants as well as drive new business via new leasing activity
  • Initiate, negotiate and finalize various transaction related agreements including initial proposals, lease agreements and amendments
  • Regular interaction with senior executives and investors
  • Assemble and prepare all required information to effectively present prospective clients to senior executives and investors
  • Establish and maintain an understanding of current market conditions and trends
  • Regularly travel to assigned markets
  • Completion of department specific reporting and from time to time special or confidential projects for senior executives and investors

Compensation: $110,000 – $175,000 salary
