Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Informatics Specialist to join our team on a consultancy basis. As a Nursing Informatics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating information systems and technology solutions to improve the delivery of care and services to our elderly clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to identify and understand their information needs and requirements. - Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing new technology solutions. - Design and implement information systems, databases, and software applications to support the delivery of care and services. - Train and educate staff on the use of new technology and systems, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new systems and technologies, and make recommendations for further improvements. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in the field of nursing informatics.
