SEEKING LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSES and REGISTERED NURSES PER DIEM/PART-TIME, FOR HOME HEALTH AGENCY -

Patients First Home Health Agency is located in Torrance, CA and we are currently seeking nurses in Riverside County and surrounding areas. We provide home-bound patients, nursing and therapy services. We are currently seeking experienced nurses in this area. RN must have experience in opening a case and filling out an OASIS for assessment of patient's current health status. LVN must have experience with Home Health, on-line charting and a willingness to educate home-bound patients on medications, disease processes and follow a plan of care.

Qualifications:

Must be an LVN licensed in the State of California.

Must be an RN licensed in the State of California.

Must have at least 1 year experience as a professional nurse.

Excellent clinical judgement and knowledge of current nursing practices, observations and communication skills.

Able to document/chart on-line using Data Soft Logic (on-line training available).

Able to follow patient's Plan of Care, carry out physician's orders as directed.

Educate and instruct patient and their family/caregiver as required.

Possess driver's license, car insurance and own form of transportation, as this position requires you to travel to patient's home.

Must submit all paperwork completely and in a timely manner.
