Summary

The Nurse Scientist provides leadership, consultation, and oversight in all aspects of nursing research to nurses at all levels throughout the Center. The Nurse Scientist collaborates with the Director of Nursing Research and shared governance councils to ensure an organizational culture that encourages and supports the development of research topics, the pursuit of funding as appropriate, the conduct of the research project, and the dissemination of findings. The Nurse Scientist seeks opportunities to collaborate on research studies within and outside Moffitt Cancer Center. Pursuit of one's own body of research is encouraged.

Salary Range

$108,492.80 - $165,422.40

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
