About the Role
Skilled Wound Care is seeking an experienced and creative Web Master to own and manage our entire digital presence. This is a hands-on role responsible for the development, maintenance, optimization, and performance of the Skilled Wound Care website and all associated digital properties.
You will work closely with our marketing, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure our website is fast, functional, visually compelling, and optimized for search. If you are passionate about web technology, digital performance, and building something meaningful - we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do
Website Development and Maintenance
  • Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Skilled Wound Care website and all associated digital properties
  • Develop, update, and optimize web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant CMS platforms
  • Ensure the website is fully functional, mobile-responsive, and consistently delivering an excellent user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and technical errors quickly and effectively
  • Manage all website hosting, domain, and SSL certificate renewals
  • Implement and maintain website security protocols to protect company and patient-facing data
  • Perform regular website audits and updates to keep content current and accurate

Search Engine Optimization
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility for Skilled Wound Care
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify opportunities in physician recruitment, wound care, and skilled nursing facility markets
  • Optimize all on-page SEO elements including meta titles, descriptions, headers, image alt text, and internal linking
  • Build and manage a backlink strategy to improve domain authority
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or similar tools
  • Stay current on Google algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly

Digital Marketing Support
  • Build and maintain landing pages for physician recruitment campaigns, facility partnerships, and marketing initiatives
  • Integrate and manage web forms, lead capture tools, and CRM connections
  • Support email marketing campaigns by building and maintaining HTML email templates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on paid digital advertising landing pages - Google Ads, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Doximity
  • Manage website integrations with third-party tools - ATS, CRM, analytics, and scheduling platforms
  • Implement and manage tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Performance and Analytics
  • Monitor website performance metrics daily - traffic, bounce rate, session duration, conversion rate, and page speed
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve website speed, performance, and user experience
  • Conduct A/B testing on key pages to optimize conversion rates
  • Ensure the website meets WCAG accessibility standards

Content Management
  • Manage and update website content in collaboration with marketing and clinical teams
  • Upload blog posts, press releases, job listings, and clinical resources to the website
  • Ensure all content is formatted correctly, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice and visual identity across all web properties
  • Manage media assets - images, videos, and graphics - organized in a central digital asset library

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of web development or web master experience - required
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - required
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms - required
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and proven results improving organic search rankings
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, and SSL certificates
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages for marketing and recruitment campaigns
  • Knowledge of website security best practices and data protection
  • Strong attention to detail with a pixel-perfect design sensibility
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Strong written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams
  • Self-motivated and dependable - comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience in healthcare, physician recruitment, or post-acute care industry websites
