POSITION SUMMARY: Provides hands on resident care, proper and timely administration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal and written reports and rapid response to any/all emergency situations. Basic

Admission Note and Daily Med A Note, Foley Catheter Insertion: Male or Female Resident, Winyah Medication

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to,
- Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided.
- Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
- Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assists residents with activities of
- daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
- Assists with in‐service and on the job training and mentoring of Team Members.
- Participates in and attends all required in‐service training and education programs as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Fouryear college or university degree desired.
