UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator for a nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, no weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at 1 S. Park St. in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:

  • Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families. 
  • Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the Dermatology Clinic.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
  • 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred
