Proficiency with electromyography (EMG) and NCV equipment, as well as familiarity with patient data management systems, is essential. Hospitals typically provide support through teamwork, ongoing training, and access to resources like counseling or peer support groups, helping nurses maintain both their well-being and high-quality patient care.
