Job description


We are seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain professional to drive manufacturing performance, ensure operational excellence, and support cross-functional execution. This role plays a critical part in maintaining safety, quality, and delivery commitments while proactively addressing risks and optimizing production strategies.
What You'll Do
  • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance as top priorities
  • Partner with Program Managers to deliver clear, effective communication on manufacturing plans and operational performance
  • Drive rapid resolution of issues, including quality, supply chain, and operational challenges
  • Collaborate with site operations to develop inventory strategies and production schedules aligned with demand, lead times, and capacity constraints
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to operational performance
  • Support and facilitate closure of Supplier Requests for Information (SRI) and First Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Lead material availability efforts, including Last Time Buy (LTB) and substitution strategies
  • Provide key inputs into the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process
  • Partner with Product Line Teams to assess rate readiness, identify gaps, and execute action plans
  • Ensure alignment of labor, equipment, and tooling capacity with both short- and long-term production demand
Basic Qualifications (Must Have)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
    OR
    Advanced degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, including new product introduction (NPI)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SIOP / SI&OP processes
  • Strong customer relationship management and problem resolution skills
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Work Environment
  • This position is fully onsite
