We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Sr. Product Manager role for our Packaging market. This is a high impact role that will drive the growth of assigned product lines.ย  As a member of the Product Management team, the incumbent will collaborate on innovation pipeline growth, product line plans, and manage the business performance of their product lines. This is a critical role in the organization as Product Management owns and drives the strategy and performance of their product lines (โ€˜book of businessโ€™) across the functions, customers, regions, technologies, and products of the entire organization.ย 

What will you do in this role?ย ย 

  • Global Strategy & Managementย 
  • Responsible for managing and supporting global product line strategy to increase revenue, including ownership of Pricing with commercial teams.ย 
  • Develop and complete long-range technology platform plans and NPD roadmap, drive evolution of the product lines.ย 
  • Manage the positioning plans and tactics of all products and services considering price, performance, competitive position, and profitability.ย 
  • Continuously pursuing and investing in the development of their leadership, strategy, product management, influence, and all supporting skills as they grow and expand their careers.ย 
  • Lead cross-functional teams through development and transformation programs and drive problem resolution including all aspects of NPD, PLCM and product line optimization, S&OP and forecasting, product marketing / NPI, business growth and recovery, and improvement of profitability, OTD/P, Quality, NPD, and Inventory and related contract management.ย 
  • Drive and support developmental relationships with suppliers and strategic alliances, partnering with R&D and Procurement in technology platform development to support NPD roadmap.ย 
  • Leads and/or supports development of new markets, business models, and supports M&A, strategic partnerships, and private branding agreements. ย 
  • Monitor and assess competitive intelligence and as a result develop and implement proactive strategies to strengthen the product lineโ€™s competitive edge.ย 
  • Lead and conduct market and voice of customer (VOC) research including OEMs, customers, and industry alliances, and validate internal BI and external data to drive decisions on development of product strategies, plans, and identification of new opportunities.ย 
  • Gather and synthesize data to drive conclusions from key findings and proactively lead change company-wide to drive growth.ย 
What does it take to be successful in this role?ย ย 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or another related field.
  • MS, MBA degree or an advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience.ย 
  • 5+ years of product management experienceย 
  • Consistent track record of developing new products from concept through commercialization.
  • High performance, innovation driven, customer and sustainability-centric mindset.
  • Experience in adhesives, films, packaging labels, and/or functional packaging or PSA-based material science technology platforms.

Based on region, the expected salary range for this position is $101,312 - $168,854 annually.
