Job Description Summary This Individual is a strong contributing member to provide overall site sourcing support to assigned product lines and execute defined metrics, for both NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production items Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Represent Sourcing during scheduled functional reviews and prepare Sourcing Review templates for leadership Business Reviews for NPI programs Engage with Supplier Quality Engineers to drive a robust process on Supplier Selection, Supplier qualification and monitor Supplier Performance KPIs to develop supply base ability to deliver value Work effectively with technology, supplier quality, site materials and supply chain personnel on day-to-day problem resolutions, engineering change process and improvement opportunities Lead assigned sourcing initiatives and developed sourcing strategy to drive product lines deflation, sole source elimination, supplier early engagement, supplier on time delivery, supplier MOQ/lead-time reduction/VMI programs.
