About the Role

Northspyre is seeking an organized, resourceful, and energetic People Operations & Culture Specialist to support our people operations and make our Atlanta office an engaging, welcoming, and enjoyable place to work.

This person will combine strong operational judgment with a hospitality mindset. They will manage employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, office operations, and systems access while creating thoughtful experiences that help teammates feel connected, supported, and excited to come into the office.

The ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys bringing people together. This is an individual-contributor role - you'll own this function end-to-end rather than manage a team.

ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Experience & Community
  • Own the day-to-day employee and guest experience in the Northspyre office.
  • Create a welcoming, energetic, and hospitality-driven environment.
  • Prepare or coordinate breakfast, snacks, beverages, team meals, and other office amenities.
  • Plan celebrations, social activities, office traditions, and spontaneous moments of fun.
  • Help new hires, visiting teammates, candidates, and guests feel welcomed and included.
  • Regularly gather employee feedback and find creative ways to improve office life.
  • Communicate office updates, upcoming activities, and important information clearly.
  • Maintain a consistent standard for how the office looks, feels, and operates.
Office Operations
  • Keep the office, kitchens, conference rooms, and shared spaces clean, organized, and well stocked.
  • Manage food, beverage, kitchen, and office-supply inventory.
  • Coordinate deliveries, repairs, vendors, building access, and communication with the property manager.
  • Identify and resolve workplace issues before they disrupt the team.
  • Support meetings, company gatherings, and occasional special projects.
People Operations
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure new hires have equipment, documentation, onboarding plans, and system access before their first day.
  • Maintain employee information in Rippling and Justworks.
  • Process promotions, compensation changes, transfers, commission updates, PIPs, and policy acknowledgements.
  • Manage I-9, E-Verify, DocuSign, and routine onboarding compliance.
  • Respond to employee questions and provide orientation on company systems.
  • Build and maintain onboarding plans in ClickUp.
Systems & Equipment
  • Provision and remove software access.
  • Track permissions, equipment, and licenses.
  • Coordinate laptop setup, shipping, retrieval, and basic troubleshooting.
Operational Support
  • Provide backup executive and administrative support when needed.
  • Assist teammates with urgent operational needs, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Take ownership of occasional cross-functional and special projects.
