Window & Door Service Technician

HomeRite Windows and Doors is a trusted, locally-owned company serving Northeast Florida homeowners with premium energy-efficient replacement windows and doors. We’re known for our quality products, professional installations, and our strong Limited Lifetime Warranty — and we’re growing!

We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and help us deliver on the promises we make to our customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform service calls and repairs on windows and doors (adjustments, hardware replacement, weather-stripping, glass replacement, leak repairs, realignment, etc.)
  • Diagnose issues on-site and provide professional solutions
  • Complete warranty work and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and the office team
  • Represent HomeRite with professionalism and respect for every home you enter
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in window and/or door service, repair, or installation (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and safely on ladders and at heights
  • Basic hand tools and willingness to learn our product lines
  • Bonus points for experience with EIFS/stucco systems, impact windows/doors, or Florida building codes
