Job description

Territory Sales Manager — Premium Replacement Windows (Northeast Launch)

Build and lead a brand-new in-home sales team from the ground up.

Who We Are

This is a brand-new joint venture between an industry-leading, local window manufacturer and Direct Remodels — formed with one goal: to become the leading window replacement company in the Northeast.

Direct Remodels is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer home remodeling company specializing in premium replacement windows, with high-performing, high-morale sales markets already built in Florida. Our manufacturing partner is based right in the backyard of your selling territory, which means a strong manufacturing pedigree and fast install times you can use as real leverage in the market. You'll have the manufacturer backing production and Direct Remodels' proven marketing and sales strategy giving you the playbook to become a top seller — a rare chance to grow a business from the ground up with serious support on both sides.

This is a true ground-floor opportunity launching in Eastern Pennsylvania: you won't inherit someone else's team or someone else's number. You'll build it.

We are looking for one person to own this market. If you've started, grown, and led a high-functioning in-home sales team before — ideally selling replacement windows — keep reading. If you haven't, this likely isn't the seat for you, and that's okay.

What This Role Actually Is

This is not a "manage an existing book" job. You will stand up a new market from zero — recruit the first reps, train them, run appointments alongside them, and grow the territory into a multi-million-dollar operation the way our top Florida markets have been built.

You'll start with a paid, hands-on training and onboarding program in Florida, learning our proven in-home sales system, lead flow, and closing process directly from our Sales Director and top-producing managers. Then you'll bring that playbook north and make Eastern PA your own.

What You'll Own

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard the founding sales team for the Northeast territory
  • Train, coach, and develop reps into consistent, high-volume closers
  • Run in-home appointments and ride-alongs — you'll be the closer reps look up to and call when a deal is on the line
  • Drive revenue and ramp the market toward a multi-million-dollar annual run rate
  • Own the metrics that matter: closing ratios, issued/net volume, rep production, retention, and morale
  • Partner with our call center and marketing team on lead flow, sources, and buying signals
  • Build and protect a results-driven culture where reps want to stay and produce

Who We're Looking For

This role is built for an experienced home-services sales leader. The strongest candidates have:

  • Window replacement sales management experience — strongly preferred. (Other premium in-home / high-ticket trades considered: roofing, solar, bath, HVAC, exterior remodeling.)
  • A track record of starting and/or scaling an in-home sales team — recruiting, ramping new reps, and hitting volume targets in a market you helped build
  • Proven personal closing ability in a one-call, in-home, high-ticket sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain reps — not just hire and churn
  • Comfort owning a number and leading from the front, including running appointments yourself
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to relocate to / be based in the Eastern PA market
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel (including initial training in Florida)

If your background is order-taking, showroom-only, retail, or pure B2B/inside sales without in-home high-ticket leadership, this specific role won't be the right fit.

Compensation & What's In It For You

  • Uncapped earning potential — our model rewards you for the production of the team you build, on top of your own closes. Top performers in our markets earn $500,000+ annually.
  • Base + performance-based incentives, plus override on team production as the market grows
  • Paid, hands-on training program in Florida
  • A genuine ground-floor stake in a new territory, with a clear path into senior leadership as the Northeast expands

Pay: $100,000.00 – $500,000.00 per year

Benefits

  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Paid training

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Weekends as needed (in-home sales follows the customer)

Work Location

  • In person — Eastern Pennsylvania (Morgantown, PA area)
  • Must be able to complete initial paid training in Florida

Apply Today

If you've built a high-functioning in-home sales team before — especially in replacement windows — and you want to own a brand-new territory instead of inheriting one, we want to talk. Tell us about a market or team you built and the numbers you put up. Serious, experienced sales leaders only.
