Nordfab owns and operates two office and manufacturing facilities in Thomasville, NC, with more than 150 employees locally. www.nordfab-us.com

Job Description

The person in this position must meet the follow requirements:

• Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment

• Must have good attendance

• Must be experienced in MIG & TIG welding (Certifications are preferred)

• Must be experienced with all types of Fabrication Machinery (Brakes, Shears, Spot Welders, Swaging and Beading Machines, Rollers, Iron Workers, Drill Presses and various hand tools)

• Must have the ability to read and interpret blue prints

• Use Critical Thinking when making decisions 

• Must be able to prioritize work load and take direction as needed

• Must be willing to work overtime as needed

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Willing to learn new skill sets and cross train in different job functions

• Maintain a neat and orderly work environment

• Have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
