Responsibilities:

  • Create welcoming environment and build genuine relationships
  • Answer phones, complete program registrations, membership sales and proficiently perform all membership functions in the membership software system.
  • Using good listening skills, deliver member-focused tours to potential new members and provide excellent service to active members.
  • Strong organizational, computer, communication and interpersonal skills desired.
  • The ability and willingness to learn, multi-task with good problem solving skills, along with excellent
