How you'll make an impact

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

  • Lead medium, large, and enterprise IT projects from initiation through completion.

  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation with precision.

  • Manage project financials and ensure adherence to targets.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, while capturing and sharing lessons learned.

  • Ensure all activities align with Hitachi Energy project management methodology and quality standards.

  • Coach and mentor junior project managers across NAM sites.

Your background

  • 10+ years experience leading large, complex projects.

  • Extensive global project management experience across full program lifecycles.

  • 5+ years handson experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM Project Management Module.

  • Proficiency in PMP, Agile, Scrum, and Gate Model methodologies.

  • Organizational Change Management experience in a global enterprise environment.

  • Strong financial management skills using MS Project and SAP.
