What youโ€™ll do
  • Own post-sales technical solutioning for strategic Big Tech/AI customers, serving as a trusted advisor across implementation and ongoing customer engagements.

  • Partner with customers to uncover business goals, operational constraints, and success criteria, then design scalable solutions that maximize value from Socureโ€™s platform.

  • Lead or support proof-of-concept design and execution in partnership with Data Science, ensuring clear metrics, governance, and measurable outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive delivery, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.

  • Translate complex technical concepts, data findings, and product capabilities into clear recommendations for both technical and executive audiences.

  • Bring industry and domain expertise to customer strategies, especially where identity, fraud, risk, analytics, and regulated environments intersect.

  • Funnel field insights back into Product and Product Marketing to influence roadmap, messaging, and future solution innovation.

  • Help elevate the broader Solution Consulting practice by sharing best practices, mentoring teammates, and contributing reusable frameworks or playbooks.

What youโ€™ll bring
  • Significant experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical consulting, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS environments.

  • A track record of leading enterprise-level engagements with multiple stakeholders and complex technical or operational requirements.

  • Strong technical depth across APIs, data flows, analytics, ML/DS-adjacent technologies, and modern software delivery environments.

  • Ability to synthesize complex technical or statistical observations into clear business recommendations and compelling presentations.

  • Experience acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A customer-first mindset with strong ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
