In House Legal Counsel (Korean Bilingual Required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global manufacturing company to hire a Korean\nBilingual In House Legal Counsel. \n\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including\ndrafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in\nnegotiation discussions. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel\ncomfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal\nmatters.\n\nResponsibilities\n * Provide legal support to the various internal departments\n * Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required\n * Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements\n * Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts\n\n\nQualifications\n * J.D. qualified to practice law\n * 3+ years' legal work experience\n * Admission to any United States State Bar
