We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and community-minded Operations Manager to lead the operational, logistical, and community launch of our brand-new school campus in the Clayton neighborhood of Denver, CO. This is a unique, dynamic role designed specifically for a "builder." You will bridge the gap between hard logistics-like city traffic flow, facilities development, and Denver Public Schools (DPS) compliance-and community-focused initiatives-such as marketing, enrollment planning, and nonprofit partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a master project manager who can gracefully pivot from coordinating a construction signage plan to presenting at a DPS logistical meeting, or facilitating a fundraising board committee. If you are comfortable with ambiguity and thrilled by the challenge of creating systems from scratch, we encourage you to join our team!
About the Position
As the Operations Manager for our Campus Launch, you will lead the critical operational and logistical functions required to bring our new facility to life and integrate it seamlessly into the local community. Your role will focus on creating and optimizing brand-new systems that allow our school to open efficiently, safely, and effectively. From navigating city planning and vendor contracts to building strong partnerships with neighborhood families and arts nonprofits, your work will lay the foundational infrastructure for our school's future.
