What is a Non Exempt Immediate Project Manager?

A Non Exempt Immediate Project Manager is a project manager classified as 'non-exempt' under labor laws, meaning they are eligible for overtime pay, and 'immediate' typically refers to the urgency or short-term nature of the project they manage.
