SOC/NOC Operations Manager

Position Overview

The SOC/NOC Operations Manager oversees integrated 24x7x365 Security Operations Center and Network Operations Center support. This position ensures effective monitoring, triage, escalation, coordination, shift coverage, operational reporting, and continuity of security and network operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee integrated 24x7x365 SOC/NOC operations.
  • Manage operational workflows, escalation procedures, shift coordination, and staffing coverage.
  • Ensure consistent event intake, triage, analysis, escalation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate incident response activities, operational communications, and status updates.
  • Support root cause analysis, after-action reviews, and operational improvement.
  • Maintain SOPs, playbooks, knowledge base materials, and shift turnover documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience managing SOC, NOC, incident response, network monitoring, or cyber operations teams in an enterprise environment. Experience supporting continuous operations, event triage, incident coordination, and service-level performance.

Required Skills
