NOC Tier 1 - Application Monitoring & System Failure Detection The NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist will primarily focus on real-time application and network monitoring to identify potential failures and performance degradations. Responsibilities: ยท Monitor applications and network systems for performance issues and failures. ยท Analyze alerts, verify incidents, and escalate issues to Tier 2 or higher as needed. ยท Perform initial troubleshooting steps and document findings in the ticketing system. ยท Maintain operational coverage as required. ยท Generate reports as needed.
