What is a senior NOC engineer?

Senior NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineers are experienced IT professionals responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining network and system infrastructure for organizations. They oversee network performance, troubleshoot issues, resolve outages, and ensure maximum uptime. Senior NOC Engineers also mentor junior staff, implement security protocols, and contribute to network optimization projects. Their expertise is vital in minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless network operations.
