This full-time medical coding opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented coder experienced in evaluation and management (E/M), office procedures, and surgical cases. Responsibilities
  • Review and assign accurate professional fee codes for ENT encounters
  • Code evaluation and management visits, office procedures, and surgical services
  • Support coding for a broad range of ENT cases, including complex surgical procedures
  • Maintain productivity expectations with an average goal of 10 charts per hour
  • Use 3M CAC and other documentation systems to support efficient coding workflows
  • Navigate TouchWorks and PowerChart to access and review clinical documentation
  • Ensure coding quality, compliance, and timely completion of assigned work
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational goals and coding accuracy
