Responsibilities
What You'll do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a primarily Windows environment
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, network equipment
- Install, configure and troubleshoot software packages, including operating systems, desktop software and business applications
- Provide support for other office equipment, including networked printers
- Respond to requests for assistance in-person, over the phone, via email, and ticketing system. Manage the processing of these support requests to ensure they are handled in a timely professional manner
- Administer and troubleshoot our internal phone system
- Support antivirus and other security tools
- Coordinate with external vendors for infrastructure maintenance and development
- Conduct projects as directed by the IT Director
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience IT desktop/laptop support
- Good working knowledge of common office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and projectors
- Has a reliable car to drive to our locations all over Atlanta and surrounding areas
- Travel is unlikely but is possible once or twice per year
- Quick learner, with effective problem-solving skills, and ability to find solutions to new and complex issues
- Familiarity with networking technologies, especially Ethernet, WIFI, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to keep track of multiple projects and issues independently
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Must be committed to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce
