Title: Senior Help Desk System Analyst | IT Support & End-User Services

Location: Onsite — Atlanta, GA

Duration: Contract | Full-Time | 13-Month Contract

Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Help Desk System Analyst (IT Support Analyst / Desktop Support Engineer) to deliver technical support across Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365 environments. This is a hands-on, onsite help desk role requiring proven end-user support expertise across hardware, software, networking, and cloud-connected systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical support tickets for Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft O365, VPN, RDP, and network connectivity issues
  • Provide in-person and remote end-user support for hardware, software, and Microsoft Teams IP phone systems
  • Manage password resets, PST file operations, and Exchange Admin tasks across the organization
  • Use PowerShell scripting to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
  • Support security and identity tools including OKTA and Crowdstrike for authentication and endpoint protection
  • Document, prioritize, and track issues to resolution using ticketing systems; collaborate with IT teams on enterprise-wide operations
  • Assist users with AWS and SharePoint environments; deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
