JOB SUMMARY Innovative Transportation Solutions is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers to operate transit buses at the Childress, TX Hoffman Construction site. In this role, you will be responsible for shuttling Hoffman construction workers across the active construction sites. This is a straightforward, internal workforce transport role with zero public customer-facing duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Workforce Transport: Safely and efficiently transport construction crews to designated zones across the project site.
  • Safety First: Follow all site safety protocols, speed limits, and traffic laws to ensure a safe environment for all workers.
  • DOT Compliance: Perform required DOT pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections on the transit buses.
  • Punctuality: Maintain strict route schedules to ensure construction workers arrive at their shifts on time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Record: Clean driving record with a clear background check and drug screen.
  • Language: Must speak fluent English.
  • Dress Code: Workplace casual (Jeans, Polo T-shirts, and Tennis Shoes).
  • Physical: Must pass a DOT pre-employment physical by a company-appointed physician. Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
