Training may include shadowing team members, participating in workshops, and gradually taking on simple assembly or troubleshooting tasks. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions are common to help you progress and gain confidence. Team collaboration is encouraged, so asking questions and seeking support from colleagues is an important part of your development.
