To thrive as a No Experience Developer, you need foundational programming skills, basic understanding of software development principles, and a willingness to learn, often supported by self-study, coding bootcamps, or online courses. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, basic IDEs, and introductory programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is typically required.
