    • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operations Coordinators
    • Oversee project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
    • Manage licensing and compliance for multi‑state projects, including GC licensing

    Required skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field

    • Strong understanding of construction and structural engineering principles
    • Ability to navigate multi‑state licensing requirements
    • Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT preferred
