Job description

Build a career with your hands. Rogall + Co. is hiring Apprentice Carpenters on California's Central Coast - no experience required, and you'll earn while you learn. If you're reliable, curious, and want to master a trade, we'll train you from the ground up.


For two decades, Rogall + Co. has defended coastal homes around Morro Bay through expert wood repair, deck and siding restoration, and paint. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside skilled carpenters and learn how we diagnose and repair the damage that sun, salt air, water, and insects do to a home.


What you'll do

  • Assist with wood damage repair, deck restoration, siding, and trim work
  • Learn to measure, cut, and install with precision
  • Handle jobsite setup, material prep, and cleanup
  • Learn our science-based approach to protecting Central Coast homes
  • Grow your skills toward becoming a full Carpenter


What we're looking for

  • No carpentry experience necessary - dependability and a willingness to learn come first
  • Good with your hands and eager to build real skills
  • Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
  • Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Available for daytime jobsite hours, Monday-Friday

Pay & benefits
