What is a no degree engineer?

A No Degree Engineer is someone who works in engineering roles without holding a formal engineering degree. These individuals often acquire their skills through hands-on experience, vocational training, certifications, or self-study. Many companies hire No Degree Engineers for their practical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and real-world expertise. While some engineering jobs may require a degree for licensing or regulatory reasons, many positions are open to those who can demonstrate their skills and proficiency. Employers often value relevant experience, a strong portfolio, and a willingness to learn.
