We are searching for an experienced Sales Account Manager to help drive sales growth with Wolfspeed’s power solutions. The candidate we are looking for will be part of a growing world class team to drive continued success in our core markets and help shape the future of high power SiC in automotive systems.

The Day-to-Day Position
  • Wolfspeed as a preferred strategic partner at assigned accounts
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts
  • Develop annual business plans for each account detailing methods to deliver on long term and short-term revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales operational and performance data for opportunity pipelining, revenue forecasting and reporting
  • Partner with Wolfspeed Product Marketing, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure total customer satisfaction
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)
  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong capabilities in strategy development and execution, relationship management and negotiating
  • Good technical understanding of Power products, systems and markets
  • Proven understanding of the automotive business relationship between OEM, Tier 1 and CEM
  • Ability to gain trust and respect from customers’ managerial and sales teams
  • Sound financial acumen
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to balance personal goals with those of the broader organization
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%, including international
Preferred Skills
  • 10+ years selling semiconductor products, specifically in selling Power products/devices in the automotive industry
  • MBA
