What You'll Do- Develop and maintain quality control plans for printing, finishing, and packaging operations.
- Analyze manufacturing processes using SPC, statistical methods, and quality metrics to improve performance.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), process capability studies, and quality validations.
- Support internal, customer, and third-party audits while ensuring compliance with ISO and quality management systems.
- Monitor scrap, rework, yield, and production quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Support new product launches, equipment validations, and capital improvement projects.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Typically requires 3-4 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality.
- Experience in printing, packaging, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, Gauge R&R, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Minitab, and other quality analysis software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferred.
