Your responsibilities Managing a designated part of the equity portfolios across OFE, DFE and PPK funds. Building active investment positions and sector exposures while balancing expected returns, risk, liquidity and benchmark considerations. Conducting fundamental analysis and stock selection across sectors, covering companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as international markets, primarily in Europe and the United States. Preparing investment analyses and recommendations, and monitoring investment theses. Contributing to portfolio construction, tactical asset allocation and overall investment strategy. Analyzing portfolio performance drivers and risk factors. Participating in corporate governance and stewardship activities related to portfolio holdings. Collaborating closely with the investment team to enhance investment processes and analytical capabilities.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in asset management, including a minimum of 5 years of independent equity portfolio management.
• Strong expertise in fundamental analysis, financial modelling, earnings forecasting and company valuation.
• Excellent knowledge of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and developed international equity markets.
• A portfolio management mindset with the ability to assess the impact of investment decisions on portfolio performance, risk and liquidity.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic market environments.
• The confidence to present, defend and challenge investment ideas through constructive discussion.
• Excellent command of English.
• Practical experience with Bloomberg and/or LSEG Workspace.
• Nice to have Investment Advisor License.
• CFA designation or other recognized investment qualifications.
• Experience managing assets within large institutional investment organizations.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and stewardship practices.
