Job description

We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking an IT StoreFront Team Member. This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.
Job Description and Responsibilities: IT StoreFront duties include capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases, documenting findings, tracking tasks to completion, reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees, assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks, additional administrative support duties as required.
NMCI Computer Deployment
- New Computer distribution
- Exchange with problematic computers (with an associated NMCI Help Desk ticket number)
- Computer turn-in location for exiting employees
Peripheral Distribution
- Headsets, microphones, cameras, keyboards, mice
Handle New Employee Check In (Civilian and CSS)
- Computer, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, Microphone, Camera, Keyboard, etc.
- Assist in ensuring new accounts are functional
Technology Refreshment
- Assist with the technology refreshment of NMCI laptops/desktops for all NMCI users aboard PAX
- Assist customers with the Tech Refresh process
- Ensure customers understand the operation of any new equipment
Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree and 1+ years of experience in demonstrating a knowledge of computer hardware and software; proficiency in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS; strong customer service skills; and, ability to work as a member of a team. Professional/personal experience can apply.
Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree. Substitutions allowed: Associates Degree + 2 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience.
Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)
Telework and Travel: 100% on site
Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
