Job description

  • Tier One Technologies is seeking a Security Escort to support operations inside Restricted Areas at the DoD Cyber Crime Center in Linthicum Heights, MD.
  • This engagement is to provide unarmed, cleared security & escort services for the facilities.
  • SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.
  • Must be a US Citizen and have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
  • Shift: approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST.

  • Provide escort services for contracted and uncleared construction personnel to work area perimeter. 
  • Open the space, issue badges, and ensure accountability for the morning sign-in roster.
  • Escort the onsite movement of contractors, vendors, and other visitors.
  • Monitor activities in, near, and around secure government buildings.
  • Ensure non-cleared personnel or visitors adhere to all designated non-secure areas.
  • Exercise good judgement and caution, and immediately report all non-compliant and/or suspicious activity.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of all classified locations, including monitoring the activities of construction personnel during the construction of secure buildings, potentially including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF).

  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to be punctual, start early and follow instructions.
  • Must have previous escort or security experience in a Federal environment.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
