Data Entry Administrator

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Data Entry Administrator to support retirement plan administration, participant recordkeeping, and census data processing within a fast-paced financial services environment.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at accurate data entry, record verification, and administrative support while working with sensitive financial and participant information.

What You'll Do

  • Enter and maintain employee census, payroll, contribution, and retirement plan data
  • Update participant records including eligibility, employment status, addresses, beneficiaries, and plan elections
  • Process data related to loans, hardship withdrawals, distributions, rollovers, and investment transactions
  • Review and reconcile payroll, contribution, and trust accounting information for accuracy
  • Identify and correct missing, incomplete, or inconsistent participant data
  • Maintain digital plan documents, forms, amendments, and compliance records
  • Support annual census processing, contribution allocations, compliance testing, and regulatory filings
  • Review automated validation reports and resolve data discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate participant loan and retirement plan administration records
  • Assist with system testing and upgrades prior to implementation
